Other real estate agents only deal in renting out peoples property. Real estate firm either hire or employee a surveyor who evaluates property. Depending on the surveyor's report a real estate agent will work out a price for the property. In a number of cases, real estate agents who deal exclusively in renting property also provide maintenance services. People prefer to rent homes through real estate agents who also provide maintenance services for the properties they rent.
