The same demographic will be attracted to the High Falls district located on the northern edge of downtown, just outside the Inner Loop. Since several small businesses call the area home, you can live and work in close proximity each to the other. The morning commute cant get much easier. Imagine not having to clean off your car to get to work in the dead of winter. Looking to the east, away from downtown, you will find the eclectic cultural area roughly encompassing University, East, Park and Monroe Avenues.
